Sidey renowned for product innovation

We are all too familiar with the current economic crisis, and the doom & gloom that companies within the newbuild sector are facing, which is why it is warmly welcomed when a positive story comes along.

Perth based company Sidey are currently working with Glasgow house builder Mactaggart and Mickel on a new and exciting project trialling Sidey’s innovative & exclusive products, KitFix and ScratchGard, which according to Sidey’s Commercial Sales Director will save house builders a large sum of money.

Steve Hardy, Sidey’s Commercial Sales Director commented – “We are particularly excited about these new products as they have been developed in response to demand from Timber Kit Manufacturers looking for a solution for windows & doors to be factory installed and from house builders looking for a way to eliminate scratched glass.

“One of the best features of KitFix & ScratchGard is the fact that they can help an increasingly pressured industry save large sums of money”.

He continued – “Sidey are constantly looking at product innovation, improving energy efficiency, providing fast build solutions and reducing on site costs - which is demonstrated through these products.”

The projects with Mactaggart & Mickel started in July of this year and trials are due to be completed at the end of this year.
