Dundee City Council Award Kitchen, Bathroom and Heating Renewal Contract

Following a competitive tendering process, Perth based company Sidey have been awarded a contract by Dundee City Council to carry out kitchen & bathroom renewals and heating upgrades to 62 properties in Camperdown.

The renewals come as part of Dundee City Council’s ongoing commitment to achieving the Scottish Housing Quality Standard by 2015.

The project is due to commence in June this year.
