Sidey Invest in their People

Perth based window and door manufacturer Sidey Ltd is celebrating after receiving high profile recognition for its commitment to its staff recruitment, training and development programmes, having recently been awarded the national Investors In People Standard.

The company was presented with their certificate by the Provost of Perth during a celebration they held at their manufacturing facility on Feus Road.

 Michael Dobson, Sidey’s Chairman commented – “We are extremely proud to receive this award, especially during what is an extremely difficult time for businesses.
 

“Achieving Investors in People recognizes the work we have done in terms of training, development and investing in our staff, and provides an effective framework to bring about desired culture changes.

Investors in people is the national standard which sets out a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business goals.
