Covid-19 Sector FAQ’s

Hello,
In order to adhere to Government guidelines on COVID-19, and for the safety of our staff, customers, suppliers and community, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend all operations with immediate effect.

Our showrooms in Perth, Dundee and Edinburgh will also be closed temporarily. While the factory and offices are closed, we have a core of people working from home. While we are unable to manufacture and install, we are still open for conversations and we’re happy to provide quotations, complete tenders, and support you in any way we can.

Due to the uncertain nature of the pandemic, we currently don’t know when we will be able to resume business as usual. We will be reviewing the situation in 3 weeks in accordance with Government advice.

Rest assured that when we do return, we will be working hard to get back to our normal level of service as quickly as possible, but we ask for your patience while we aim to achieve this.

In the meantime, we’ve put together Frequently Asked Questions documents to answer some of the queries that you may have.

We will keep you informed of any new information that we have via our social media channels.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and understanding at this challenging time and look forward to getting back to normality as soon as we are able.
