An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised individual to join Sidey’s Marketing team based at our head office in Perth.

We are looking for an individual with excellent administration competence and the following:

  • Strong organisation skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Adobe packages such as InDesign/Acrobat advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of social media content sharing/uploading
  • Good Verbal and written communication
  • Research capabilities 
  • Customer care experience 
  • Good teamworking
  • Proactive working

You need to have a keen eye for detail and passion for providing high standards of work, who can work efficiently on own initiative and as part of a team. This is a fast-paced environment with an interesting and varied role where individuals are encouraged to be proactive.

You will be responsible for assisting the marketing department, our sales team & customers with various administration/marketing tasks.

Duties will include:

  • Sending and receiving required marketing/sales information
  • Assisting sales /customers with various marketing requirements
  • Scheduling and assisting with social media content
  • Maintenance of customer/supplier/competitor/marketing/sales logs
  • Attending meetings/minute taking/disseminating notes & results from marketing/sales meetings
  • Assisting in updating and completing customer questionnaires including SPD’s (previously ESPD) utilising existing database
  • Assisting with customer/competitor/supplier research
  • Internal/External communication
  • Scheduling and assisting with social media content
  • Assisting with events/customer visits
  • Printing, scanning and filing

Experience of our industry, marketing/sales, and knowledge of SPD (previously the ESPD) and Adobe software is not essential, however it would be advantageous. A detailed training plan will be developed for this role and training will be ongoing.
