This development, completed for Interserve Ltd, offers safe and secure accommodation for mentally ill patients.
The vision behind the development was not only to create a safe and secure environment but also to make use of the natural light in order to create as bright and calming an atmosphere as possible.
Product Specification
Grey on white Solartherm® casement windows, tilt & turn windows and french doors. Aluminium curtain walling, entrance screens and doors including anti-ligature handles.
Complexity
Due to the purpose of the development anti-ligature handles were required, large glazed screens and a high level of attention to detail when designing the products. We also had to work to a tight programme of works.
