Complexities
The site was bought over from another contractor, who had previously engaged with another glazing firm who had underspecified the trickle ventilation requirements, and over specified on the glazing requirements for Secure by Design. Sidey ensured that the trickle ventilation requirements and the Secure by Design requirements both met the accredited standards as well as the latest building regulations.
